Sadly they have continued to exploit people pretty badly who are suffering from mental health & are selling information to pharmaceutical corporations as well as having non licensed therapist on there amongst other things. I know you aren’t the type to accept a sponsorship purely for money & that you care a lot about helping people why you said yes to them but I suggest looking more into this! Especially their reviews on TikTok! Kind regards!

I've heard lots about Betterhelp and I've always wanted to do it. But is it super expensive? Cause therapy can be pretty expensive that's why I haven't went.
